At Digital Health Navigation Solutions, Inc. (“DHN,” “we,” “us” and words of similar import), we care about your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how DHN may collect, use, and disclose information as it relates to our website, www.dhn-solutions.com (“WebSite”), customers, potential customers, service providers, events, and interactions you may have with us or third parties. 


This Policy only applies to DHN’s activities and this WebSite. DHN is committed to safeguarding consumer privacy on our WebSite. We operate under the following set of privacy principles:

Information You Provide To Us: On our “Learn More” page, the following information can be sent voluntarily to DHN (Name, e-mail, message content).
 

Correspondence: If you correspond with DHN via email, poster service or other forms of communication, we may retain these correspondences and the information contained within the correspondence to respond to your inquiry or notify you of DHN offerings. Notably, your email, postal address information or other information provided is never sold, shared or disclosed to third parties except as set forth herein. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. 


Customer Testimonials, Reviews, Comments: We may post customer testimonials, reviews or comments on our WebSite that may contain personally identifiable information. We will obtain customer consent prior to posting these information. Visitors may email info@dhn-solutions.com to update or request removal of these information. 


IP Addresses: An IP address is a number automatically assigned to your computer whenever you access the Internet. All computer identification on the Internet is conducted with IP addresses, which allow computers and servers to recognize and communicate with each other. DHN collects IP addresses in order to conduct system administration and to conduct WebSite analysis. If a visitor requests pages from DHN, the DHN WebSite enters the visitor's IP address into a log. To maintain visitor anonymity, DHN does not associate IP addresses with records containing personal information. However, DHN will use IP addresses to identify any visitors who refuse to comply with DHN’s in-house rules or access agreement, and to identify visitors who threaten our service, WebSite, customers or others. 


Cookies and Tracking Technologies: Tracking technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are used by DHN and our analytics providers, such as Google Analytics. Agreement Not to Access Unauthorized Sites: As an additional condition to accessing this website, you agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any areas of DHN’s WebSite, computer systems or networks connected to this WebSite.


Agreement Not to Violate Copyright: The materials on our website are copyrighted and may be downloaded or reprinted for personal, non-commercial use only. Permission to reprint or electronically reproduce any document or graphics in whole or in part, for any other reason is prohibited unless prior written consent is obtained from DHN.
